Handmade Monday

I have not been busy crafting this week I'm afraid so I will add a few encaustic art pictures as I really want to join in with Handmade Monday #6
GOOD NEWS
My youngest has been off school with an aching head/face and it turns out its the brace causing it but all for the better good as her teeth were causing her jaw to go towards the side ,now they are pushed forward the jaw is findind its correct position and hopefully she wont need a head-brace
Heres a few cards and keyrings

  1. I am a hoarder. There is a list of things that you can't have enough of. Keyrings is one of them. And I would happily own any one of them... or all of them ;)

  4. I take that these are painted with wax? Wow, I have no idea what the process is, but they are beautiful. I am always fascinated with small detail work (because I am not good at it! hehe). Just lovely stuff, and practical too. I love keyrings, my husband hates them! He likes those kind that have the little removable thing so if you leave your car at the shop you can easily remove your house key from the car key. I'm rambling. Sorry! :) Anyway, these are beautiful.

  6. Thank you so much for all the lovely comments the original pictures(above) are aprox 6''x4'' some larger and to start with I was mounting the original paintings on all items including cards (cutting down when necessary)but then what I decided to do was mount the originals in either 5''x7'' 8''x6'' and scan them into my computer and then resize to make cards, coasters and keyrings this meant I also have a copy of all my loved pictures as some of the older original ones are gone forever (but hopefully being loved)
I have just created a A3 size painting it took some work and wax I'm saving it for next Monday as I think this is a lovely idea
I will also add more details of how its created
thanks again for commenting it has made mt day xx <3 <3
