HANDMADE mONDAY 22

So its Monday again and I have had a lovely week especially because  I received a versatile blogger award  Thanks Jan xxx
 So here goes ..................................................................

It's lovely to get an award for all my blogging and crafting and as part of accepting this Award I have to.........

So as part of receiving this Award the 7  random things about myself are...........
1. I love designs with cupcake themes
2. Sewing is my real passion I never enjoyed it at school though I think it was all the theory
3. I love my three daughters so much and I am very proud of them all 
4. I secretly wish to move back to my hometown Bromley in Kent 
5. I am a terrible hoarder well it may come in handy one day???????????
6. I miss my Dad every day of the year 
7. I love watching H20 with my daughter its about mermaids

Now for Handmade Monday 
These are the ideas I had for embroidery they are put together in kits

and can be sewn onto anything you like  I was thinking of putting them on Folksy two butterflies and a flower in each 

I also had a fab day on thursday as it was prom night for my middle daughter here she is 

she has her tiara on made by my eldest and a matching necklace that I made she looked stunning xxx

A New Idea

Before i tell you about my week pop over to handmade Monday 21 and check out the amazing blogs from all the talented people I have started following some amazing reads Also if you like any add them as favourites so that your friends can check them out tooo!!!
This week hasnt been too crafty but I have been putting together some beading embroidery kits which at present there are no photos but they are cute you could use them on cushions or bags to make a very lovely feature.
I thought I would show you a few aprons that I was going to add to my folksy account not sure though

back to Monday again

Well this week has been a bit hectic not craftwise of course but I did manage to finish Abi's large Geisha cushion. Now the cover bit was easy but finding the filling more difficult it ended up being 4 pillows and some scraps of pillows, she loved it and its now safely perched on her bed

My eldest daughter was back from sea so we have been trying to think of things to do so she made my middle daughters tiara it looks lovely it full of rose quartz and crystals and has lovely pink roses on it

I also managed to open my Folksy Shop and would appreciate any comments I have only uploaded a few things just to see how it goes. I was unsure how to do the banner but managed to get my logo on it does it look ok???
Highlight of the week though shopping in Basingstoke with my best friends had a great time and finished with a great chinese buffet yummmy

Half Term

Well its been an eventful Half Term I must say and I am sad to say that crafting has been the last thing on my mind!!!!!
What with several hospital appointments and a dental one time has not been on my side I did
manage to get to 100 likes on my Facebook Page kazies encaustic art so I sent off two lovely coasters to two of my fans.
The idea was to look at my coasters and think of a title and I had some fantastic suggestions

I also bought a great  umbrella for my garden

The highlight of the week though is my daughter is home from sea for a few weeks and luckily enough she flew into Southampton Airport so I am looking forward to spending some time with her shopping being her favourite thing
